Wildwood are a collection of bar and grill restaurants known for their great food, warm ambience and commitment to friendly service in a relaxed environment. We've been working with our contacts at Wildwood since we started the company in 2003, so we have been fortunate enough to see the launch of both Wildwood and Wildwood kitchen.
Whilst the operational side of the experience at Wildwood is considered important, they have always been very keen on gauging and monitoring people's perceptions of them as a brand, something that has remained essential as they've grown. The GEMvisits scheme that we run with Wildwood reflects this and is moulded to fit their specific requirements in terms of the feedback they want to receive.
In order to offer them further ways to engage with their customers, and to help them gain more insight into opinions around their brand and offering, together we have launched a GEMdirect scheme. The scheme offers Wildwood the opportunity to react quickly to customer engagement and further benchmark themselves against other high street brands, through the use of a specially designed and branded site.
GEMdirect is designed so that operators can invite their guests to engage with them directly to enable positive actions to be taken quickly. The scheme cuts out third party websites and uses targeted alerts, sent directly to those people within the company who wish to receive them, to raise awareness of any problems guests may experience. It also facilitates those that have left high praise to leave additional feedback via social media channels.
