Last year Starbucks announced plans continue domination of the UK coffee market by adding a further 300 stores to its UK estate over the following five years, 200 of which will be drive-thru sites.
As part of a 3.5 million pound project Starbucks has opened its 11th drive-thru site close to Heathrow.
According to today's M&C report, around half of the drive-thrus will be operated under license by petrol forecourt retailer Euro Garages, with many of these stores set to open in the Midlands and the north of England. So what this space, one could be coming to a town near you....
