This month we're delighted to welcome the Levant Group on board, with their fine dining restaurants and more casual Comptoir Libanais.
The Lebanese themed group was born from the dream of the owner, Tony Kitous, who "wanted to do for Lebanese food, what the Italians have done for Italian food".
With their balance of fine dining restaurants and casual canteens and deli's, the Levant group want to ensure that they are monitoring their steps of service closely across the board. They are keen to focus on staff's interaction with guests, and ensuring that they have an informed experience when they visit. We'll be working with them on a GEMvisits scheme to help them not only monitor these key points, but also to pull the group together and aid their growth. Together we've created a unique questionnaire to assess their focus points and to analyse and improve procedures across the group.
