Restaurant & Bar Tech Live, Europe's leading exhibition dedicated to the emerging technologies driving the profits of restaurants and bars across the globe, announced HGEM’s The Hub as the winner of its Tech Product of the Year. The award was presented at the event held at ExCeL London on 19 & 20 November 2019.
In an industry saturated by a constant influx of new products, this award recognises the standout products of 2019. The judges looked for products that improve the efficiency, productivity and profitability of businesses through transformative technologies and, in doing so, are revolutionising the future of the hospitality industry.
HGEM, the UK’s leading expert in guest experience management (GEM), received the award for The Hub, the first cross-functional platform to blend guest experience results from multiple source and help drive a culture of continuous improvement for operators.
